Watch as we visit John Haney of Alveron BBQ co. in South Carolina with a harrow disk / plow disk and he shows us how he makes it into a discada cooker. Are these available commercially at all?
( Disc cookers)
hi matt – I haven’t seen these available commercially. I bet if you search you could find a “WOK” of some sort. Maybe even called a “cowboy Wok.”
We call them Texas Woks and they can be on the web at http://www.Twokgrill.com , we also have a great blog that is full of recipes at http://www.TheTexasWok.com
