Used the new grill this past Sunday to create some new food. I call them Smokey O’Malleys. Fingerling potatoes, stuffed with 4 cheese mashed potatoes and diced jalapenos then wrapped with bacon. Served with a side of Ranch. The Pit Master at Barn & Co in Chicago will be featuring them all this week! I cooked the food, Mary created the image!
