Grate Plate from Dan: MONK balls (bacon wrapped bbq meatballs) and bacon wrapped dates,

MONK balls and bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with almond slivers and manchego

GRATE  PLATE:
Hickory smoked Brisket.  Cooked on my UDS.  Injected with beef broth mixture and rubbed with my on rub recipe.  I couldn’t find the beef paste but I did find a product called Savory choice liquid broth concentrate. It was very tasty thanks for getting me thinking.  I love Grate TV!!
