Here is my first shot ever with pulled pork over the weekend.  I used my Weber Smokey Mountain at 225F with apple wood.  I probably would have never tried it had it not been for your podcast to help me understand the mechanics of pork.  It was sooo good and it pulled right apart.  Thanks!
