GratePlate From Scott Beckerle: — I marinated some Shrimp, Scallops,Red Potatoes, and Peppers in some Texas Spicy Peach Grilling Sauce with a little garlic and pepper for about 30 min. Put them on a skewer and threw them on the gas grill. The end result was some of the best shrimp I have ever had. Enjoyed with a little Sierra Nevada Fall Seasonal.
