Here are 2 ribeyes I cooked up medium rare. Used a Weber propane grill. As you noticed, I enjoyed a perfect glass of wine with them.

My family and I have enjoyed your show over the past year. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. We are from Williamsburg, Va and have been to your neck of the woods many times visiting friends in Pawley’s Island. Love the shrimp in your area.
