Guys, I love the show and you are usually the greatest source of quality info on all things bbq, but I feel that your recent show on bbq judging didn't go deep enough. I'm not saying that judging is particularly difficult or requires a lot of time commitment, but your show left the impression "if you can't compete, judge."
