Anonymous asked: Hi Guys, big fan of the podcast. I'm planning on buying a smoker. What are your thoughts on electric (what I'm most likely to get) vs. gas / pellets? I know people love the flavor of charcoal, but I need the set-it-and-forget-it ease. I've been eyeing the electric Brinkmann's. Any thoughts/advice/recommendations you've got would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
